Awesome hand-sculptured illustrations by Jessica Fortner
Well, well, well... The previous set of the inspirations contained 3D drawings, and here we have sculptured illustrations by Jessica Fortner which, as far as I understand it, not far from being 3D or actually IS 3D...

Strange yet cool mook sculptures by Ilovegreyskies
I have been on love with Etsy from the moment I found this amazing store-community online... Today discovery is really something extraodinary and can be equally good for upcoming Helloween or just to treat your creative soul with some aesthetic weirdness... At least I'm gonna definitely grab one for me...or at least to ask someone for a present ;) So, meet the strange mook by ilovegreyskies

Incredible life size cardboard sculptures by Chris Gilmour
You thought that paper roll and 3D paper sculptures were the most incredible things you could imagine to be made out of paper? Have a look what I found! Awesome life-size (!) sculptures and installations made of recycled cardboard and glue by British designer Chris Gilmour. What impressed me personally is how detailed they are... I even picked one of the zoomed images to show you...
Well, now you are ready to enjoy the rest of his works...

Jaw-dropping futuristic sculptures by Mike Rivamonte
There have been some unusual steam punk sculptures featured here but I must say that these sculptures designed by Mike Rivamonte are just awesome... Really... To make such detailed, stylish, and attractive (not to say cute) creatures out of spare parts, old phones, vintage radios and what not, one must be really creative. My respect!
And they are for sale, just in case...Though I guess they must be pretty expensive, since the rockets are for sale at 4000+ USD...

Steampunk copper sculptures by Pierre Matter
Pierre Matter who, as he calls himself, was a mystical child, then a tormented teenager, has gone through multiple techniques, styles and materials before he finally came to copper, aluminium and rubber.
A person who mixes machines, animals and humans... A person who actively uses the steampunk style to deliver his own global and industrial messages hidden in the works of his. Lots of work, lots of materials (some of his works weight a tonn or more) and great results for you to enjoy.

Sound Wave. Melted vynyl records sculpture
When it comes to music, we think mps, flac, Itunes and other digital stuff. Most have already forgoten what the CDs are not to mention tapes and vynyl records. Nowadays we get back to these old media mostly when speaking of art and installation where they are used merely as material for creative work.
So, here's one more case of using vynyl records for purpose different from recording and producing sounds...

A really symbolic sculpture... A kind of waves come and go...Media change but music remains...
