Ultra sophisticated and stylish logo identity of SLS Hotel by Steven Noble

To be honest, I'm for minimalism in logo design. Simple shapes, no 3D, no gloss, no reflections, and all that redundancy... Though, with all this being deep in my head and influencing my vision of logo design, I simply couldn't but admire logo identity made for SLS Hotel by Steven Noble and Co...
The output is a really complex shapes, with lots of details, being hard to reproduce (unlike alway mentioned by the clients Nike's swoosh) with shades and hard to reproduce technique, but, damn, that's so cool!
And when you see it made in bronze hanging on a hotel wall in its XXLs size you really see it works and does its mission - to attract, to speak quality and to impress. A really great job! Enjoy it!

Collection of cool print designs with a touch of retro and great use of typography

After a really long break I finally got to all bookmarked creative stuff and trying to make some compilations, to compensate all those posts I missed while working on designs projects... So, some things will be individual, are some will be combined into creative compilations, which I believe is no worse...
So, here's a small set of really creative print designs which make great use of typography and show that touch of retro or primitivism making the final result even more impressive...
Enjoy the works by FreshtrillsWalter Hansen, and Eric Kaas

Good design should be effective, efficient and mouthwatering, especially when it comes to food promo... Whoever did the design for I Heart Pies, they did it great... Sweet logo, cute accompanying mascots and great typography... Together with the delicious pies, according to notcot, it looks like a very sweet and promising couple

Amazing identity design by Inhouse for London roastery, bar & restaurant

A well-thought and thoroughly designed identity is always a pleasure to an eye... Especially when it meets my own personal tastes in design... Inhouse studio made great work by designing stationery, packagining, sign, virtually the entire identity set for London roastery, bar & restaurant - Caravan.
