Ultra sophisticated and stylish logo identity of SLS Hotel by Steven Noble

To be honest, I'm for minimalism in logo design. Simple shapes, no 3D, no gloss, no reflections, and all that redundancy... Though, with all this being deep in my head and influencing my vision of logo design, I simply couldn't but admire logo identity made for SLS Hotel by Steven Noble and Co...
The output is a really complex shapes, with lots of details, being hard to reproduce (unlike alway mentioned by the clients Nike's swoosh) with shades and hard to reproduce technique, but, damn, that's so cool!
And when you see it made in bronze hanging on a hotel wall in its XXLs size you really see it works and does its mission - to attract, to speak quality and to impress. A really great job! Enjoy it!

Designs that keep me busy

No blogging for quite a while :( Just some posts here and there... Even my twitter is already missing at least a RT not to mention some new fresh shares... And all this is caused by those people who are tend to be known as clients... Those who give us bread but take our blood :)
I'm into several concurrent design projects at the moment and just to be polite with you and to let all of you know that I havent forgotten about my readers and guests who come here for the first time, here are the things I'm working over at the moment... A glimpes of some work in progress... I know it can't compensate a daily dose of design inspirations, but at least it's design, it can work for inspiration and it's fresh :) Enjoy!

Collection of January designs

As you may have already noticed, there haven't been much posts here recently... Actually there was none for the last week. The reason is actually of dual nature - a pleasant for every freelancer and at the same so much disliked... So, that's lots of work on tough deadlines :)
The good news is that almost all things are finally done, so from Monday on I'm back to you with new design inspirations... There have been a lot of them bookmarked during this week...

And so far, a set of some selected design works, mostly logo design, that were done in January...

Great identity design by province for Russian lux fashion brand

There can never be enough of great designs, especially when that's a nice identity design with lots of elements. And when this design is for a new Russian premium and luxury clothing brand. My hat off for province for such a great work, a thoroughlt designed identity, when not a single element is missed, and even buttons are given their own unique style... Lots of work, lots of creativity, and lots of applause for this great identity design.
